Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of construction operations/project management experience.
• 2–4 years in a people leadership/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and customer-focused projects from initiation to closeout.
• Lead and develop team members; set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Monitor financial performance including cost management, billing, and forecasting.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Procure, track, and manage equipment and materials.
