• Manages operational and customer-focused projects from initiation through closeout, aligning with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Leads and develops team members by setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
• Defines project scope and objectives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to maintain cost control.
• Monitors financial performance including cost management, billing, and forecasting.
• Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Procures and manages equipment and resources to support ongoing work.
