• Oversee all active projects ensuring alignment with specifications.
• Own gross profit performance across all projects.
• Lead and maintain accurate forecasting across all projects.
• Provide input and challenge manpower plans developed by Field Operations.
• Ensure use of company systems like BuildOps and Procore.
