Job summary

You will maintain client relationships, assist with renewals and proposals, and collaborate with the Client Team to meet client expectations. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.

You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate across MMA systems, and contribute to high-volume client service while upholding MMA values and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in insurance client management or related roles.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree in progress is a plus; professional designations are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support renewal and new business processes.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies with the Client Team.
• Mentor Account Associates and manage a book of business under guidance.
