Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Associate in the United States, ideally located in California. You will work in a collegial team to advise clients, prepare and file immigration petitions, and help shape strategies for complex cases.

The candidate will have a U.S. JD or LLM, bar admission, 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, mentoring skills, and a commitment to client service. You will supervise junior staff and ensure high-quality, compliant work.

Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM is required to practice in the U.S.
• Bar admission in a U.S. state or DC is required
• Strong communication and client-service orientation
• Experience mentoring junior associates

Responsibilities

• Independently oversee assignments with minimal supervision
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
• Research immigration issues and develop client strategies
• Mentor junior associates and staff
• Maintain client relationships and reporting with stakeholders
