JD/LLM, bar admission, and 2–3 years of Associate experience are required. The successful candidate will draft petitions, counsel clients, supervise junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high standards of client service and regulatory

Qualifications

• US JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 2–3 years of Associate-level experience.
• Expanded practical understanding of immigration law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading fluent prose without AI aid.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies, including researching, drafting, reviewing, counseling clients and triaging initiations.
• Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.
• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
• Draft and prepare letters and legal documents based on established precedents.
• Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring.
