Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM is required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 3-5 years of experience at Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert understanding of client base and practice areas.
• Independently oversee and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Research complex immigration issues and formulate solutions.
• Execute case preparation and filing; develop strategies for complex matters.
• Mentor and supervise junior Associates and staff.
• Maintain high client service standards and adhere to SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-sell services.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities.
