Job summary

Fragomen invites applications for a Business Immigration Associate. You will work with a diverse team, developing expert understanding of client bases and practice areas, and independently oversee assignments. As a senior member of the client team, you will research complex immigration issues, prepare filings, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships.

U.S. JD or LLM required; bar admission in a US state or DC; 3–5 years of Associate experience.

Qualifications

• US JD or LLM required.
• Bar membership in a US state or DC.
• 3–5 years of Associate level experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex immigration matters and supervise junior staff.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Research complex immigration issues and formulate solutions.
• Prepare and file case documentation independently.
• Develop client relationships and report to stakeholders.
