Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10+ years in business development, product marketing, FAE, or sales engineering in high-speed interconnect or related industries.
• Experience in early customer engagement and system-level design-in support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth funnels.
• Drive early-stage customer engagement and support system-level design-in activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and FAEs to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Understand customer roadmaps and align product positioning accordingly.
• Lead competitive analysis and identify market trends for strategic input.
• Support pricing strategy and commercial positioning for key opportunities.
• Coordinate with product engineering and operations to ensure feasibility.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners.
• Support programs from concept through design win and ramp-up.
