Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Industry knowledge of Telecom/Datacom market segments (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational leadership, market development, and financial management.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Lead a matrixed team spanning Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Finance and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Own account P&L with revenue over $100M/year; drive cost improvements and pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align solutions with customer roadmaps.
• Ensure timely execution of world-class customer solutions with engineering and operations.
• Define and execute customer-specific roadmaps for product development and market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs and foster a high-performance culture across geographically dispersed teams.
• Represent the BU in executive reviews and ensure policy compliance.
