Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Santa Clara, CA. This role focuses on early-stage customer engagement, system-level design-in support, and collaboration across Sales, FAE, engineering, and operations to drive revenue and align with customer roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in high-speed interconnect or related fields, with strong cross-functional skills and knowledge of high-speed backplanes

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 5–10+ years in business development or sales engineering in high-speed interconnect sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive early-stage customer engagement and support system-level design-in activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and FAE to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Understand customer roadmaps and align product positioning.
• Lead competitive analysis and identify market trends for strategic input.
• Support pricing strategy and commercial positioning for key opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations for feasibility and alignment.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners.
• Support programs from concept to design win and ramp-up.
