Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; advanced degree desirable.
• 10+ years providing technical guidance on interconnect solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for CBS solutions.
• Define system-level requirements ensuring signal integrity, alignment, and thermal efficiency.
• Develop specs, schematics, and proof-of-concept models for cable backplane.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multiple BU's.
• Travel 30-50% of the time.
