Business Execution Associate – Platform Coaching

Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin, United States, is seeking a proactive Training Coach to support Financial Advisor tools and Digital Platform applications. You will deliver consultative coaching, train staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of tools and processes.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, strong communication, and MS Office skills. On-site work is required, with opportunities to mentor new staff and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Coaching and training experience in the financial services industry
• Experience facilitating and delivering education, group meetings, or presentations
• Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing, including growing a business or portfolio of clients
• Experience supporting Advisor Gateway, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
• Customer service focus with ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
• FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66, or FINRA-recognized equivalents
• Must successfully complete FINRA background screening and pass a background check prior to hire
• Must meet ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting
• Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Must follow enterprise in-office requirements
