Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth teams. You will build trusted client relationships, manage client service workflows, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups using firm-approved systems.

You will handle money movement transactions, client reporting, and marketing support, while staying current with policies and platforms. A four-year degree or cert and active Series 7/66 or 63/65 are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.
  • Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Active Series 7 (GS) required.
  • Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and teams daily.
  • Build trusted client relationships through regular interactions and a client-first mindset.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external business partners and colleagues.
  • Support new and existing client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Assist with client service models, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
  • Ensure client service functions are completed promptly and assign daily work to team members as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for Client Service Associate responsibilities, including money movement transactions, account questions, digital tool enrollment, and order entry.
  • Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms; share reminders and best practices.
  • Help organize and execute team business plans with market stakeholders.
  • Execute administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies, including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, and email connectivity.
  • Prepare and review client reports and financial plans using firm-approved systems.
  • Conduct research using firm-approved systems.
  • Participate in existing and prospective client meetings, representing the service perspective.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, training, education programs, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.
  • Report to the Business Service Officer.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required
  • Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
  • Active Series 7 (GS) required
  • Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
  • Additional product licenses may be required
  • Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
  • Technically proficient and quick learner of new and updated platforms
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and internet applications
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Adaptable and able to multi-taskGoal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
