Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant in the United States (Arizona) to grow the adoption of digital tools among Financial Professionals. You will lead virtual and in-person coaching, deliver workshops, and guide clients through CRM success and workflow improvements.

You will analyze needs, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate across departments to maximize client outcomes and adoption of technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services with coaching/consulting/training focus.
• Experience with CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships within a designated region to grow Financial Professionals’ use of technology solutions
• Provide consulting on technology strategy, CRM success, digital solutions, AI tools, client experience solutions, and scalable workflows
• Conduct discovery on client needs, issues, and obstacles
• Formulate recommendations for process improvement
• Select and deliver appropriate tools and resources to help achieve goals
• Provide actionable feedback and advice
• Guide Financial Professionals through the change management process
• Leverage assessment tools to demonstrate consulting results
• Conduct virtual and in-person coaching and educational sessions for financial professionals and support staff
• Facilitate virtual study group meetings
• Meet with offices via phone or online seminar to discuss technology management items
• Provide custom demonstrations of offerings to help offices integrate technology
• Create and deliver peer panel technology symposiums with expert speakers
• Create and deliver technology presentations and represent the business unit at conferences and branch meetings
• Create podcast content and interviews highlighting technology improvements and office impact
• Build expert consulting techniques and grow knowledge across business disciplines and evolving technology solutions
• Interface with and support multiple departments on technology solution needs; collaborate across business units to provide service and facilitate cross-referrals
• Develop and document repeatable strategies to help Financial Professionals use new digital tools efficiently
• Demonstrate working knowledge of metrics to measure milestones and progress
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services including focus on business coaching/consulting/training
• Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflow tools
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
• Aptitude to analyze information and behavior and develop relevant solutions
• Ability to plan and implement organizational goals and objectives
• Capableness to project a strong customer service focus utilizing empathy, patience, and the desire for positive closure (agreement)
• Ability to review and revise processes and procedures
• Skill in conducting effective presentations (virtual and in person) and workshops; excellent verbal and written communication
• Skill in leveraging software packages (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Active FINRA registrations preferred, such as Series 6, 7, 24, and 63/65 (or Series 66)
• If registrations are not current, ability to complete applicable SIE, Series 6 or Series 7 within 12 months
