Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. is launching a two-year Business Development Trainee Program designed to develop future sales executives. You'll rotate through Dealership operations and hands-on learning in rental, parts, service, and lead generation across multiple channels.

The program emphasizes sales skills, data integrity, and enterprise software familiarity, with potential placement at 30+ locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, ending in a permanent BDR role.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
• Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays within our multi-state service territory.
• Intermediate experience with CRM systems and Google Drive preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete training phases (Dealership Rotation, Business/Enterprise Learning, Prospecting) within 1.25–2.5 years.
• Master core business competencies including presentations, customer service, communication, needs analysis, closing, and solving.
• Learn day-to-day operations and customer engagement protocols within Parts and Service.
• Shadow Sales/Ops experts to learn enterprise software (CRM, SmartSpec) and customer management.
• Identify potential customers and generate cross-department leads while improving data integrity.
