JX Enterprises, Inc. in the United States is launching a Business Development Trainee Program to develop the future business development executives.

This 2-year training covers dealership rotation, enterprise learning, and growth prospecting, with exposure to Rental, Used Truck, New Truck, Lease, Parts and Service. Upon completion, the Trainee becomes a Business Development Representative responsible for growing retail business, owning full sales cycles, and utilizing CRM and SmartSpec tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays across multi-state territory.
• Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a three-phase trainee program within 1.25–2.5 years.
• Develop core sales and customer engagement skills across multiple departments.
• Identify potential customers and generate cross-department leads.
• Learn enterprise software (CRM, SmartSpec) and shadow Sales/Ops experts.
