Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our personal injury and LOP business across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with plaintiff attorneys, PI clinics, and treating providers.

The role requires strong PI/LOP experience, a background in business development or sales, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Daily field travel across DFW is expected with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• PI/LOP experience with existing DFW relationships is a plus.
• Background in business development, sales, or provider relations.
• Ability to engage attorneys, physicians, and business leaders credibly.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
• Discretion with sensitive patient and case information.
• Comfortable with daily field travel; valid driver's license.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Healthcare or medical imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow LOP referral relationships with PI law firms, chiropractic, pain management, orthopedic, and spine practices.
• Own a DFW territory plan with clear activity and volume goals.
• Serve as the point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on scheduling, records, and turnaround.
• Represent DICOT at legal and provider networking events.
• Track pipeline and referral source production in CRM.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on plaintiff attorneys, PI clinics, and the providers who treat injured patients.

What you DO

• Build and grow LOP referral relationships with PI law firms, chiropractic, pain management, orthopedic, and spine practices
