Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a Patient Liaison to serve as the first point of contact for personalized patient care. You will support attorney referrals, guide patients through treatments, follow-ups, and recovery plans, and coordinate communication between attorneys, medical support teams, and patients.

You will provide patients with the highest standard of customer service and foster cooperative relationships with stakeholders, addressing questions promptly through

Qualifications

• Some experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Prior patient interaction experience is highly preferred.
