Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a reliable Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, register them accurately, and coordinate care with integrity and excellence.

You will verify referrals and authorizations, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records—ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience for every visitor in our Plano area locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Healthcare/front office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience.
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit.
