Job summary

SimonMed Imaging, the nation’s fastest growing outpatient radiology practice, seeks a PI Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will report to the VP of Sales and drive revenue growth by coaching reps, implementing regional marketing plans, and ensuring excellent customer service to patients and providers.

• Experience in Personal injury law (tort), Personal injury protection (PIP) and lien/LOP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of sales representatives and develops their skills to attain revenue objectives.
• Works closely with Regional Sales and Operation Directors to grow market and ensure patient and provider satisfaction.
• Develops and implements strategic marketing plan for assigned region.
• Coaches and develops direct reports; manages day-to-day performance and delivers reviews.
• Tracks sales team metrics and reports data to leadership.
• Reports to the National PI Sales Director.
• Meets and exceeds quarterly sales goals in assigned territory.
• Ensures proper usage of CRM and sales applications.
• Adheres to policies and procedures.

As a PI Sales Manager, you will report to the VP of Sales.

• Experience in Personal injury law (tort law), Personal injury protection (PIP) and lien/LOP knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
• Manages a team of sales representatives and develops their skills to attain revenue objectives.
• Works closely with Regional Sales and Operation Directors to grow market and ensure patient and provider satisfaction.
• Works closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for assigned region.
• Coach and develop direct reports. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
• Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Will report into the National PI Sales Director
• Meets and exceeds quarterly sales goals in assigned territory.
