livingHR, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to help design and scale a unified business development function across the firm.

You will partner with leadership to streamline prospecting, standardize materials, and build the infrastructure, tools, and reporting needed for sustainable growth. The role requires 3+ years in relevant fields, strong communication, and proven process improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, sales ops, relationship management, marketing, or related services
• Ability to organize and improve processes across markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing materials
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across markets with limited supervision
• Attention to detail and a service-oriented approach in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve a company-wide business development and sales process
• Coordinate BD activity across departments and offices for consistency and efficiency
• Develop standardized templates, presentations, and prospecting materials with SMEs
• Create and maintain a centralized library of approved BD content
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities to streamline workflows
• Prepare pipeline reports, activity summaries, and dashboards for leadership
• Support research, meeting prep, proposals, and follow-up to advance opportunities
• Help develop BD procedures, playbooks, training resources, and onboarding materials
