Job summary

BDA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to the U.S. sales organization. The role requires daily on-site collaboration and occasional travel to other locations within the U.S. You will guide talent development, performance management, and employee relations to align with company culture.

The position emphasizes partnering with leaders, driving organizational design and change, and delivering a consistent employee experience across the Sales unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in a full‑time HRBP role partnering with leaders on people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for employees and managers. Build a strong business relationship with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business. Proactively support the delivery of HR initiatives and processes.
• Identify opportunities for HR strategic influence within client groups and set objectives with leaders.
• Drive leadership development, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with management to optimize people, strategy, structure, process and culture, and deliver HR services.
• Conduct regular meetings with leaders to review talent and provide advice on performance, development, and design.
