Job summary

BuzzTech Media is a Phoenix-based digital solutions company seeking a driven Business Development Representative. You’ll generate qualified leads, build relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and introduce them to our services.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple leads with strong verbal and written communication skills. We offer a base salary plus bonuses, benefits, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels

• Present BuzzTech Media’s services and demonstrate their value to potential clients
• Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing and handoff
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM tools
