Trinity Logistics is seeking a Business Development Representative to start in inside sales, making cold calls and pursuing leads to ship with Trinity. You will gradually become the customer's account manager and service their growing transportation needs.

This role offers unlimited potential for commission on top of a base salary and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
• Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
• Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills.
