POOLCORP is hiring a Business Development Representative in Alpharetta, GA. You will sell POOLCORP’s value proposition to pool builders, service providers, and retailers, driving revenue and growth across assigned territories.

You will prospect leads, present tailored solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with marketing and leadership to achieve sales targets. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in professional-level B2B sales.
• Proven track record of successful sales in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Ability to cold call on prospective clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pool-related products or related construction/distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategy to increase sales and profits within the assigned territory.
• Prospects and generates leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Plans daily sales calls and delivers tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiates terms, closes sales, and handles post-sale support and issues.
