Job summary

Hopkins Printing in Columbus, OH is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and grow our presence in the commercial printing industry. You will build relationships with new and existing clients and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, and Production teams to meet customer needs.

This Regular Full Time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

Commercial printing or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Comfortable developing new relationships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, and Production teams to meet customer needs.
Present Hopkins Printings products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities.
Meet established sales and business development goals.
