Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs by phone and email in a timely manner.
• Monitor current jobs in the plant for sales reps and customers.
• Attend daily production meetings and assist with scheduling proofs.
• Coordinate with production to resolve delivery and invoicing issues.
• Maintain records of customer contact information and preferences.
• Assist in developing and maintaining schedules and coordinating outside services.
