CFS in Oak Brook is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Chicago and Chicagoland presence. This client-facing role focuses on selling our temporary staffing and executive search solutions, developing new relationships, and expanding partnerships with accounting, finance, and HR leaders.

You'll build long-term client relationships, meet hiring managers across industries, and drive opportunities for your recruiting team while enjoying a highly visible role with uncapped commissions

Formación

• Minimum of two years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
