Kraus Restoration is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to own a Northern New Jersey territory. This field-based role thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities, with income driven by base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Not a desk job—this is out in the world, networking with contractors and referral partners, representing Kraus Restoration at events, and executing marketing outreach to grow revenue in your market.
