Job summary

Boden Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider for a Business Development Manager in San Antonio. The role focuses on driving growth, developing strategic plans, and building relationships with decision-makers in the facilities management sector.

You will manage the full sales cycle, tailor proposals to client needs, and collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of B2B business development or outside sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, target-driven approach with a proven track record of winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award within the Facilities Management sector.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and generate new revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for hard and soft FM services, including maintenance, engineering, cleaning, and workplace solutions.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and bid responses tailored to client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery and client retention.
