The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a global manufacturer of engineered fluid transfer solutions to identify a Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for its Industrial Division.
This is a highly visible commercial role responsible for expanding market share across multiple product lines serving some of today's fastest growing industrial markets. You'll lead strategic business development initiatives, develop key customer relationships, and help position the business for long-term growth across North America.
Working closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and product teams, you'll identify new market opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and win complex technical sales with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy while helping shape the future direction of the division.
We're seeking a driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing strategic customer relationships, and selling engineered solutions into demanding industrial applications. Candidates with experience in industrial hose, fluid handling, valves, fittings, or other engineered products will be especially well positioned for success.
