Are you a life sciences sales professional with a passion for preclinical research? I am working with a growing, mid-sized preclinical CRO is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand their U.S. client base.

This is a fully remote role with flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact within a collaborative, science-driven organization.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and nurturing relationships with biotech and pharma clients

Identifying and closing new business opportunities in preclinical services

Collaborating with scientific teams to create tailored proposals

Representing the CRO at industry events and virtual meetings

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of business development or sales experience in preclinical CROs or related life sciences fields

A strong track record of revenue growth and client relationship building

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely across U.S. time zones

Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
