Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team!

Location: Remote (CST/EST)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: base salary + commission

What You’ll Do

• Close sales and build long-term client partnerships.
• Lead and mentor our Outbound Sales Specialist team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to optimize retention.
• Improve processes to enhance workflow and team efficiency.
• Work closely with marketing and sales to drive growth.
• Attend trade shows 4-5 time per year

Must-Have Qualifications

• Must have experience in clinic facing sales or post sales.
• Sales Experience: 2+ years in medical sales and upselling within marketing or aesthetic devices, with a proven track record
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aesthetics industry and digital marketing sales.
• Time Zone: Must be based in EST or CST (remote role)
• Remote Work Experience
• Strong clinic-facing experience
• Flexibility with hours and ability to travel for conferences (4-5 times per year minimum)
• Experience using ChatGPT
