Ingersoll Rand is looking for a Business Development Manager, Data Centers to expand its market presence in the liquid cooling sector. This role focuses on driving growth by building relationships with engineering teams and identifying new business opportunities across North America.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the data center ecosystem and a strong understanding of HVAC and liquid cooling technologies. This position offers a chance to influence product specifications and develop strategies for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the data center ecosystem.
• Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems, liquid cooling, flow control, or pumps.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CDU builders and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities across hyperscale and colocation data centers.
• Influence design for coolant loops and thermal systems.
• Analyze competitive landscape for new business opportunities.
