Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years in construction or waterproofing.
• Proven account development and lead qualification skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with partners and customers.
• Build a strong pipeline of new customers and projects.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to run events and campaigns.
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities to accelerate sales.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation for clients.
• Maintain KPI reports for sales activity and pipeline.
• Represent the company at networking events.
• Travel to regional training courses and events.
