Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Air Force requirements. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and customer engagements across airborne and ground environments.

The role involves up to 50% travel and a strong emphasis on technical collaboration with Applications Engineering and Business Development teams. Security clearance required or obtainable within 15 months.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms.
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Support technical planning, field trials, and live-on-air execution of field tests and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Engage with Business Development to align technical needs with strategic priorities.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for airborne, tactical edge, and expeditionary networks.
• Travel to customer sites, labs, and field-testing environments as required.
