Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USAF requirements. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and architecture verification across airborne and tactical networks, with up to 50% travel and a remote-work option based on location.

The role requires a background in RF, SDRs, TCP/IP, Linux, and scripting (Python/C++), along with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance within 15 months.

Competenze

• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) or tactical comms systems.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and Linux environments; scripting in Python or C++.

Mansioni

• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify solution architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to satisfy technical needs and priorities.
• Assist in building and presenting technical demonstrations for airborne and surface networks.
• Perform market research for potential integrations with industry partners.
