Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or applications support is preferred.
• Ability to work with Sales/Marketing on trade shows and lead follow-up.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and establish new accounts with Sales personnel, and support current accounts using Matric's design, manufacturing, and service capabilities.
• Assist in trade shows and lead follow-up.
• Provide sales and engineering information on competitive products and markets.
• Report account status and volume trends to leadership.
• Define customer requirements for RFQs and support pricing validation with internal teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team.
