Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with Special Operations customer needs. You'll work with engineering and BD teams to showcase interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across multi-domain environments.

The role requires 2–5 years in related fields, an active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a remote work option based on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field.
• 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance.

Mansioni

• Assist in analyzing USSOCOM capability gaps, SOF-peculiar communications requirements, and tactical edge network design goals.
• Support technical planning, network configuration, and live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to leverage testing data and verify architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to meet technical needs and priorities.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for USSOCOM and components; support RFI/RFP responses.
• Travel to customer sites and labs; test end-to-end network architectures.
