Job summary

Ajax Systems seeks a results-driven business development professional to lead UAE sales initiatives from Dubai. You will craft and execute strategic plans, identify partners, and close deals across the region while building executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of fire protection, IoT-enabled security solutions, and fluent English and Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
• Proven track record of involvement in the entire sales process.
• Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at an executive level.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IoT and cloud-based security technologies.
• Conversational English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
• Identify and onboard new partners across the region.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and risks.
• Analyze market data to drive effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
