Ajax Systems is the leading security systems manufacturer with a global footprint and a strong UAE focus. We seek a senior sales leader to drive regional growth, onboard partners, and close strategic deals across access control, video surveillance, and intrusion solutions.

You will develop regional strategies, manage key client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Fluent English and Arabic are required to engage executives.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial sales management in electronic security.
• Sales experience in UAE, focused on Dubai operations.
• Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication to engage senior customers and partners.
• Analytical skills to study market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a UAE business development plan.
• Identify and onboard regional partners across key markets.
• Pursue opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
