Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned o9/Kinaxis Business Development Director to lead joint market development and ecosystem growth. You will partner with industry leaders, drive pipeline, and shape strategic opportunities across accounts, focusing on AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.

You will lead executive workshops, develop business cases, and enable field teams on joint value propositions, with travel as required.

Qualifications

8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
10+ years’ experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute joint Accenture-o9/Kinaxis growth strategies and co-sell motions.
Build relationships with o9/Kinaxis Partner Development Managers, Sales and Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
Originate opportunities involving o9/Kinaxis Technologies.
Drive pipeline growth with Accenture and o9/Kinaxis leadership.
Lead executive workshops and value realization discussions.
Create ROI narratives aligning tech investments to business outcomes.
Develop differentiated industry solutions and joint offerings.
