Responsibilities include developing business plans with management, implementing marketing strategies, and sourcing leads to strengthen market position. The role requires travel to industry events and collaboration across teams to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of BD or Sales experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience liaising with management to develop business plans and implementing marketing plans.
• Ability to gather market intelligence and identify leads for profit growth.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with management to develop business plans for the company.
• Implement plans towards strategic marketing of company’s products.
• Provide an enabling environment for complementing the company’s business plan strategically developed towards better profit making.
• Develop modalities towards overcoming competition and setting the business up as leader in the company’s chosen niche.
• Oversee process involved in business development as a representative of the firm.
• Understand the firm’s business operation and status, including opportunities, competition and trends for better service and profit.
