Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & planners, Inc. in Ambler, PA is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and deliver business development strategies within the BD department.

You will work with the CDO/Director of Business Development to expand client relationships and drive growth across sectors. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years in BD or Sales in the A/E/C industry, strong communication, and the ability to travel for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, communications, marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of BD or Sales experience in the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/Develop new and existing relationships with clients.
• Client Management.
• Support individual sector leaders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Develop strategies to identify and develop new clients and maintain relationships.
• Develop a month-by-month calendar of significant dates.
• Establish area and sector contacts.
• Write, contact and pursue opportunities with new client bases.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences and conventions.
