Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to fuel growth by gathering client information and supporting BD activities. The role involves heavy coordination of schedules, events, and CRM data entry across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of BD or sales experience within the A/E/C sector, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, admin, communications, marketing or related discipline is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Travel (2–4 days; 30% minimum) to attend industry events across multiple states.
• Manage BD team schedules, calendars, credit cards, expense reports and travel.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
• Coordinate conference registrations, lodging, travel, and materials.
• Gather information for BD staff as needed.
• Post-show review: summaries, expenses, and CRM data entry (Cosential).
• Track booth inventory, promotional items, and generate related memos.
• CRM cleanup: deduplicate contacts and data as required.
• Coordinate with Sales Force team on business/capture plans.
• Acquire organizational knowledge and apply it to daily duties.
