Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to help grow the firm. You will collect client information accurately and support the development of business plans with management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, communication, public relations, marketing, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

Liaise with management to develop business plans for the company.
Implement plans towards strategic marketing of the company’s products.
Provide an enabling environment for complementing the company’s business plan strategically developed towards better profit making.
Develop modalities towards overcoming competition and setting the business up as leader in the chosen niche.
Oversee process involved in business development as a representative of the firm.
Identify leads towards placing the firm on solid profit‑making foundation.
Collaborate with staff towards better execution of BD activities.
Travel to industry events as required (30% minimum).
Conference coordination including scheduling, shipping, lodging, travel, updates for materials.
Tracking and storage of trade show inventory and promotional items.
Data entry tasks related to CRM cleanup and deduplication.
Acquire knowledge about the firm and apply day-to-day duty.
