The ideal candidate has automotive BDC management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and solid CRM knowledge. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with commission/bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Koenig Subaru, located in the heart of Port Angeles, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented BDC Representaive to lead our Internet/Business Development Team. As a locally respected dealer, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience from the first click to the showroom floor.

As the BDC Manager, you will not be selling cars—you will be selling appointments and managing the lead-to-appointment process to ensure maximum showroom traffic.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Leads: Oversee incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries, ensuring fast, professional, and accurate responses.
• Develop Scripts: Create and refine phone, email, and text scripts to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
• CRM Expertise: Master our CRM system (e.g., VinSolutions) to track performance, manage lead follow-up, and ensure accurate data mining.
• Monitor Quality: Review recorded calls to provide constructive feedback to agents on tone, product knowledge, and appointment booking techniques.

What You Need

• Experience: Proven experience as a BDC Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive dealership (preferred)
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring.
• Communication: Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of CRM tools and internet lead management.
• Goal-Oriented: A track record of achieving high conversion rates and setting appointments.
