Koenig Subaru in Port Angeles, WA is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Internet/Business Development Team and drive showroom traffic by selling appointments and overseeing the lead-to-appointment process.

You will manage incoming leads, develop effective scripts, and utilize VinSolutions to optimize performance while coaching a team of agents for better conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BDC Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive dealership (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring.
• Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and internet lead management.
• A track record of achieving high conversion rates and setting appointments.
• Ability to work in Port Angeles, WA.

Responsibilities

Koenig Subaru, located in the heart of Port Angeles, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented BDC Representaive to lead our Internet/Business Development Team. As a locally respected dealer, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience from the first click to the showroom floor.

As the BDC Manager, you will not be selling cars—you will be selling appointments and managing the lead-to-appointment process to ensure maximum showroom traffic.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Leads: Oversee incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries, ensuring fast, professional, and accurate responses.
• Develop Scripts: Create and refine phone, email, and text scripts to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
• CRM Expertise: Master our CRM system (e.g., VinSolutions) to track performance, manage lead follow-up, and ensure accurate data mining.
• Monitor Quality: Review recorded calls to provide constructive feedback to agents on tone, product knowledge, and appointment booking techniques.
