Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue $1–$5 million; credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships with a managed process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to build long-term primary banking relationships.
• Connect clients with specialists across lines of business to meet financial needs.
• Support assigned branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
